It is fair to say that it is a very competitive marketplace out there when it comes to finding a job that you like. If you remember learning about demand and supply when you were at school then you will know that the amount of people outstrips the number of jobs currently available and so this makes it incredibly beneficial for employers but not so good for you. These employers will have a list of credentials that they want before they will even entertain the thought of looking at your application and one of them is that you have finished high school and received a diploma.
If you cannot include yourself in this group of people then you are at an immediate disadvantage straight away. If you hope to improve upon your current standing in the workplace and you want to be able to move up the corporate ladder then you need to get yourself back to school and before you panic, this is something that you should be able to do in the evenings and on the weekends when you’re not working. The good news is that there are universities abroad that accept GED (called มหาลัยต่างประเทศ ที่รับ ged in Thai) and so this equivalent is what you need to get the ball rolling.
If you’re thinking that it’s too late for you then you need to think again and so the following are just some of the ways the right education can transform your life and the lives of others close to you.
- You can get a better job – If it is the case that you are always finding it difficult to meet your commitments when it comes to the rent for the home that you live in and the groceries that you need to put on the table then it might be because you lack earning potential. In order to be able to get a better job, you need a good education and you need your high school diploma or GED.
- The doors of opportunity open for you – It is likely the case that you haven’t applied for certain jobs because in the job specification, it clearly states that they want a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Once you get your GED under your belt, then you will have the confidence to start applying for these other jobs and this will create many new opportunities for not only you but for the people that you take care of as well.
Get yourself a better education and start creating some real changes in your life that will benefit you and others.
